• 1. Click on the registration link (available on the registration date).
• 2. Create an account using your email ID and password.
• 3. After creating your account, log in using the same email ID and password (While registering, use a valid active email ID to receive your OTP for verification).
• 4. Upload a scanned copy of the passport during registration.
• 5. Click the Submit button to complete the registration

• 1. Pay the Examination fee, with your registered e-mail id using: www.gzcoimbatore.com.
• 2. Once the fee payment is completed, kindly ensure that you promptly upload the photo and signature on the "Account Details" tab.

Proof of Identity:

For all examinations (Levels A1 to C2) taking place from 01.08.2025, a valid original passport is the only accepted form of identification for all candidates.

• Other forms of identification, such as Aadhar, Driving License, PAN etc. will no longer be accepted.

• The original passport must be presented on the day of the examination as proof of identity. Digital or paper copies will not be accepted.

Registration Process and General terms:

• Please check our website for examination dates and registration details. Goethe–Zentrum Coimbatore is not associated with any third-party agencies for booking examination slots.

• Candidates are solely responsible for completing the registration form accurately. Incorrect entries may result in incorrect certificates, which cannot be rectified later.

• Please ensure that all particulars entered in the registration form match the details on your passport exactly. Incorrectly filled forms are subject to rejection.

• Receipt of an order ID does not constitute confirmation of an examination seat. Your slot is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email containing payment-details from us.

• Parents, guardians or accompanying individuals are not permitted inside the campus.

• Examination dates are subject to change. Any modifications will be communicated via email. Candidates are advised to check their emails and visit the website regularly for updates.

• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
