Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations, refunds and change of batch

• In case of cancellations five working days prior to the start of the course, the course fee shall be refunded after deducting an administrative fee of Rs. 3,000/- per level.
• In case of cancellation made in the last five working days before the course starts, only 50% of the total course fee shall be refunded.
• Cancellations must be submitted via mail only with the receipt to the Language Department using the contact ad-dress indicated in the receipt. The refund process will take at least fifteen working days.
• After the commencement of the course there is no possibility for a refund or adjustment of fee, irrespective of whether the participant has attended any class or not.
• Should the Goethe-Zentrum, Coimbatore cancel a course, the full course fee shall be reimbursed.
• Change of batch is not possible once the registration is completed.
• Course fee is in no case transferable to another person.
